GENERAL
Coworking means having respect towards your fellow coworkers and the space at all times. Especially when using the common firma spaces: book your meeting rooms and follow the agreements together. Within the opening hours (9.00 - 17.00) the firma office is open for any questions
DIRTY DISHES
Everyone is responsible to wash their own dishes. Of course you can use the dishwasher, don’t gather your dirty dishes in or anywhere around the sink (unless the dishwasher is running). If you use a meeting room , please put your dishes in the dishwasher as well.
FOOD
The fridge is not for your weekly groceries, but for your daily lunches. Therefor remember to clean out your goods out of the fridge on friday, and to leave enough space for all coworkers.
COFFEE/TEA/WATER
Coffee, tea and water are included in your monthly rent. Spoil yourself with whatever you need, it’s all there in our kitchen. The coffee out of the moccamaster is brewed with quality coffee by MOK. Milk can be found in the fridge. If something is missing, please let u know.
FRITZ FRIDGE
The little black fridge can be used to have a quick refreshment. Per company you can choose for a personal tab, please write down the drinks you consume, these will be billed at the end of each month.
CLEANING
The co-work spaces are being cleaned weekly, the toilet and kitchen daily. Everyone is responsible to keep our spaces as clean as possible. If you spilled something or made a mess, please clean it yourself. We have some cleaning tools in the kitchen.
WASTE
For daily waste (food leftovers, cans, paper) you can use your own garbage bin and the one in the kitchen. Irregular waste like batteries, ink cartridges, large boxes, etc. can not be disposed at firma. You can find an overview of possible glass containers & pick up times on the bulletin board in the kitchen.
MEETING ROOMS
There are multiple spaces where you can host your meeting, brainstorm or phone conversation. Select the meeting room based on availability and amount of attendees. Coworkers should book the meeting rooms through the workatfirma app at all times.
VISITORS
Customers, partners, and professional visitors are welcome at firma. Best if you announce them through the workatfirma app, so we know when they are passing by. Invite your visitors through cantine within opening hours (pass through or stay and have a coffee), or use the entrance at Rue Paul Devaux nr 3.
MAIL
Letters and small packages can be sent to firma, use the official address ‘blvd anspach 65 1000 Brussels’. Mail management in a large building is not that simple, we recommend keeping an eye on your track & trace. Mail will be announced in the firma app. Firma is not responsible when mail gets lost.
PRINTING AND COPIES
The printer (HP OFFICE JET PRO 7740) in the kitchen area can be used by our coworkers. We ask to limit your printing to 20 pages a day. If you want to print more you will be billed. To use the printer you have to be on the FIRMA wifi.
OPENING AND CLOSING
Every coworker that is a full member gets their own key. You can come to work freely and outside office hours. Our co-working can only be used for professional practice, weekend parties are not one of them. The last to leave is the one responsible to close firma correctly and safely.
CANTINE
Cantine is a place for coffee, social interaction and lunchbreaks. You’re very welcome but have respect for the cantine staff and order something to drink. It’s not a place to consume your own drinks or food.
BICYCLE PARKING SPACE
At the entrance of the Paul Devauxstraat you can safely lock your bike, that way you don’t have to bring it upstairs. For this entrance you need a badge.
SMOKING
Is strictly prohibited in firma. You can do this outside but please make sure you’re not standing right in front of the door.
