cantine’s homemade lemonade

Do you miss cantine’s homemade lemonade? Well, here’s some good news. Scroll down to discover our own & now not so secret recipe. 

What do you need for 1 l of lemonade?

  • 4 lemons

  • a tablespoon of grated ginger

  • 1 hand of mint leaves

  • 120 ml maple syrup

  • 800 ml of water

Directions

  1. squeeze out the lemons and put the juice in a cooking pot

  2. grate the ginger and add it to the lemon juice

  3. now add the mint leaves and the maple syrup

  4. cook this for 15 minutes on a low heat

  5. after 15 minutes you get some kind of syrup, let this cool.

  6. when the syrup has cooled down, mix it with 800 ml of water (more or less of course).

  7. add some ice cubes and enjoy it on your couch!
