plan your work, work your plan
planning is key, we guess you know that already. but still so many people don’t do it consequently. so here is a good reminder.
the line between work and life might be thin at the moment. you work where you live, and you live where you work and before you know it your life becomes your work or your work becomes your life or… wait what? complicated much, so try to keep them separated!
a weekly planner is a great way to safeguard this balance. it makes your plans and tasks less abstract. plus, structuring them helps with vision and motivation - to eventually get things done.
here are some extra tips for planning your week:
share your workschedule with friends, family and other relevant people.
this way your colleagues know when to contact you, and others know when not to.try to rank different tasks by numbering them, 1 being the priority.
stay flexible and realistic - a planning never is rock solid (but still a great way to start!).
yes, weekends are sacred.
we personally love the simple and straightforward #stayhomeplanner of els & nel. you can download it for free: https://elsennel.nl/product/stayhomeplanner/
now the only thing left is to fill it in, and stick to it. which might be the most difficult part… good luck!
